Peanut butter bread..

So, being that we're American..in our house we eat peanut butter. We don't eat it on weird random things(unless you count bananas), and we don't buy it by the bucketful..but we do like it in oatmeal and on toast. I'm also not opposed to it eaten with dark chocolate. ;) So, when I saw this recipe for peanut butter bread, which is more of a cake consistency, like banana bread, I thought why not? We made it, and it's delicious, and super easy. We have already converted out neighbor children in Varese to peanut butter lovers, we almost have to hide the jar when they occasionally come over for breakfast on Sunday mornings.
